Custom Advertising bulletin board

They say it pays to advertise so I thought we may as well get some exposure on this new project. It's a custom ad board which our customer provides at no charge to clients and generates revenue from the advertising inserts. This project is a 5' x 10' bulletin board, white erase marker header, business card and literature rack holder for 12 advertisers. Our contribution was the modular design for ease of installation,ad replacement, and fabrication.
While we don't typically advertise ourselves as "furniture builders" or "cabinet makers" we do take on custom projects like this one and would welcome yours.

A new dimension to attract attention

As we develop new signs and designs, we always think about materials and methods that will provide a different artistic impression. This sign is one for our shop made with raised features and a dimensional routing technique, multicolor paint finishes, carved in an Ultralite material. The border & fonts incorporate rounded raised details above the background to create an attractive and distinctive impression. Just another option for your consideration when thinking about a dimesional sign or logo.
Add some new Dimension to your business with a new Wellhouse Woodworks custom creation and attract more attention with your own sign of distinction.

Just like that one, BUT!

There are a world of options with signs, materials, and finishes. Folks can often describe what they want better when they can see it. So to help convey a few different "looks" or feel of some different wood species, I thought these might help.
These signs are natural Redwood & Mahogany. They are both painted in a single color letters. The Redwood (Black letters and artwork) is finished with tung oil to bring out the natural wood beauty. The Mahogany (Green letters and border)is also finished with tung oil plus a semi-gloss polyurethane sealer.
This single color and natural finish combination is often just right for a more rustic or natural feel when you want it "Just Like That one" but customized for your application.

History in the making, again

We mentioned in earlier posts that we fabricate custom trim, and arches to match historical profiles or patterns. This is a project for a homeowner who just was not going to join the "tear down" trend so prevalent these days. They have a beautiful historic home but, the trim is no longer available with the same profiles.
It just wouldn't be right to abandon the look or have any mismatch on their new renovation; Would it?
Wellhouse Woowdworks was happy to custom duplicate a complete set of window casings, window stools, aprons, arches and back bands to help them upgrade to new windows but keep the trim consistent throughout their remodeling project. We appreciate the opportunity to make a bit of history of our own for others to appreciate long after we're gone. If this is your type of project, Wellhouse Woodworks is your type of custom fabricator. We're only a call or e-mail away and would love to help out.

At the lake

When we get invloved with these dimensional designs, its always a great experience. The challenge of design and fabrication is sometimes a head scratcher but the reward when it's completed puts a smile on my face. So here it is,a special birthday present ready to move to it's new home on a nearby lake. Now I'm insired and ready for that Canadian fishing trip. Guess they call that "Catch and release"
If we can help you with a unique sign of distinction, please let us know.
