Fleur d'les

This dimensional pattern is another example of the custom work done here at Wellhouse Woodworks. Our client had discovered this gem on an antique piece of furniture and wanted it duplicated.
By simply using a model and photo of the original we were able to duplicate several pieces in red oak. With a tiny bit of finishing and hand work, these will fit right in and match beautifully.
When it comes to architectural artistry and creative embellishments, give us a call.

a Post for Knewel Posts

These creative pieces will end up on a beautiful new stair case. They compliment the home owners Asian bamboo and reed carpet design. Manufactured in maple on our dimensional CNC routing equipment, these radiused reeds stand proud on the staircase knewel posts at the top and bottom of the stair case.
Unique designs for unique individuals.
When its time to make your vision come to life, Wellhouse Woodworks is ready to help.

Got you covered HEAD to TOE

These photos are of a unique Headboard and Footboard we were commissioned for by a local designer. They are a layered shaddow box style design with each layer of depth in the rectangular cut outs taking you deeper and deeper into the night.

The finished work will be painted and become a nice contempory piece of furniture.

Just another example of what can be done when creative design meets our CNC fabrication capability.

Locomotion

Every day I pass a nice theme restaurant called 2TOOTS Steam Whistle Grill that delivers lunch to the counter on a model railroad car. I drove by this morning and noticed that there was no sign on the building and thought I would make a model of an old steam engine just for fun to show them.
This model is 12" diameter and 1,1/2" deep in its unfinished state. We could paint, metalize, or finish it in a number of ways to create the final piece. Of course it could also be as large as you like.
These types of custom 3 dimensional creations add a very nice design element for signs or other architectural accents. So if you're looking for that unique piece to attract an audience, customers, or for that special someone, we would love to bring your vision to life.
I hope you enjoy it.

Dimensional Medallions ready for installation

We were commissioned to help with a Downtown remodeling project which is still underway for a well established pub. As the final fabrication and finishing progresses, we will publish more photos plus the final creation. On this project we collaborated with a great Company that specializes in custom period interior bars and are having a lot of fun working with them on the artistic details. You can see their work at the link on our website or go to www.raywray.com. Impressive work!
These are some custom dimensional medallions which will accent part of the exterior design.
So if you're considering some unique accent or signature pieces or an entire custom project, we would love to hear from you.

One of our 2006 Charitable projects

We occasionally get requests to donate some of our time and services and are happy to share our capabilities for a good cause. While we can't describe what we did or what is was for, this photo may give you a clue as to what we were up to recently. I think the project will be made public on January 17th for those who tune in to the right TV station so stay tuned for more details.

It's Still a secret

This is a project we volunteered to be part of for a good cause. That's about all I can tell you right now so until we can release more information, we hope you have fun guessing what it is.

Architectural Artistry

These designs are the result of a client request to fabricate several rather plain corbels. The original design was a simple shape with no dimensional detail. Once we understood the application we suggested the added V routed dimensional option shown here. I think you'll agree these both turn a simple outlined shape into a eye catching piece of art that will greatly enhance the appearance of the project.

Just one of the services we provide to add the sizzle to an otherwise ordinary piece.

Speaker of the house

With all the new Home Entertainment Systems being installed, we run across folks who want to create their entire environment; including the fabrication of custom speakers and accessories. These boxes are for a client who decided the best way to get what he wanted in precision cabinet box frames was to ask us to cut the rectangles and rabet cuts for mounting his speakers. That way they would all be identical and he could simply assemble them.
Why spend your time cutting circles, squares, shapes, and details when Wellhouse Woodworks can fabricate the components on our precision CNC routing equipment?
We find that part entertaining and look forward to hearing from you on your custom project.
